What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the Houston Service Team, providing coaching, approvals, and training to ensure excellent client support.

  • Review and manage service tickets, ensuring best practices are followed for efficient resolution.

  • Provide technical expertise in Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, Windows servers, and business applications.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing service trends and implementing proactive solutions.

  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring a seamless IT experience for businesses and municipalities.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated IT issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in end-user support.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a service team.

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and firewalls.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces continuous improvement.
