What You’ll Do
Serve as the welcoming voice of Uprite, responding to incoming client requests via phone, email, and our client portal

Coordinate technician schedules and ensure timely follow-ups with clients
Keep clients informed on service status and scheduling updates
Support basic administrative tasks including inventory tracking and procurement assistance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels and client expectations are met
What You Bring

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with ticketing or CRM systems is helpful (ConnectWise experience is a plus)
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license and ability to work onsite full-time in San Antonio
